The spring of 2019 has been eventful – we took third place in the Finnish Great Place to Work (GPTW) survey this year and were ranked 18th on this year’s Best Workplaces in Europe. Almost 3000 organisations participated in the survey, so we are super excited about this achievement.

During the spring we have been developing new interesting innovations. We are also grateful for our long-term customers, to whom we do new projects as well. The world is digitizing at a high pace and it has brought new requirements to the industry.

One of the most bustled topics this year will be the Accessibility Directive and equal web services to everyone. Accessibility means full web access, taking functional capacity, cognitive and vision impairment into consideration. Read more about our accessibility services.

This year, we have been more involved with student collaboration than ever before. Anders has signed a partnership with a University student organization Digit Ry and continued co-operation with Turku University of Applied Sciences’ engineer students as well.

We have also arranged workshops and company visits to students during the spring. Anders definitely wants to be involved in supporting working life skills for students in the future.

We are doing good also on the recruitment side. Six new talented employees have started at Anders this year plus our four summer trainees. We are all the time searching for new talents and especially starting from the Autumn. Check open positions!

Almost all of us are also participating in Gdansk vol 2 trip in September – can’t wait!
